Never share your payment PIN, password, or one-time password with anyone claiming to be EMD MALL customer support.

Some orders may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers and delivery partners.

Customers should contact us within 10 days of receiving an order to request a refund or other resolution. This request period does not override any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
